The short version
Clearday keeps what you type so your plan is the same on every device. We don't sell it, we don't show ads, and we don't connect to your bank.
You can download everything or delete your account at any time from the You page.
What we keep
Your email address, so you can sign in.
What you add: tasks, habits and check-ins, money entries, paused buys, weekly aims and settings like your reminder time and time zone.
Your plan: whether you're on Free or Plus, and when it renews. Card details are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. They never reach Clearday.
If you turn on notifications, a technical address for your device so reminders can reach it.
How we learn what helps
We count a few moments, like “finished onboarding” or “used Help me start”. Each one saves only your account id, the name of the moment and the time.
We never save the words of your tasks or what you spent in these counts.
Help me start
When you tap Help me start, the task's wording is sent to an AI model to suggest three small steps. It isn't used to build a profile of you. Clearday never gives medical advice.
Cookies and storage
Only what the app needs to work: keeping you signed in and remembering light or dark mode. No tracking or advertising cookies, so there's nothing to accept.
Your choices
Download my data: You → Your data → Download my data. You get one file with everything above.
Delete my account: You → Your data → Delete my account. Any membership is stopped first, so nothing is charged again, and then your data is erased.
Notifications and reminders can be turned off any time on the You page.
Not medical advice
Clearday is a planning tool, not medical advice. If you think you may have ADHD, please talk to a qualified professional.
